Negotiating settlements, Appearing for mediations, arbitrations and trial. Assisting in drafting/reviewing contracts and purchase agreements. Representing clients in courts and during legal proceedings. Negotiating contract terms and license agreements on behalf of clients. Examining and advising on business mergers. Helping gather and prepare legal documents. Advising clients on legal consequences and litigation process. Writing and editing commercial reports. Offering help and legal support to clients when dealing with business transactions. Examining company documents and employee agreements for any loopholes. Representing clients in construction related disputes. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. License to practice law. Ability to conduct extensive research and having a detail-oriented approach. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Highly motivated and reliable individual. Ability to make sound judgements. Ability to handle stressful situations and perform under pressure. Ability to offer improved customer experience.
