• Manage fund operations and compliance matters.
• Provide counsel on regulatory issues affecting asset managers.
• Represent sponsors and investors in secondary transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in private investment fund formation.
• Experience with fund operational matters and compliance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
