Business Immigration Paralegal
The candidate will prepare nonimmigrant petitions and applications, including but not limited to B-1/B-2, E-1/E-2, E-3, F-1 Stem, H1B, J-1, L-1, and TN. Work on a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications that are complex and unique, requiring review and analysis of law. Prepare immigrant cases, such as PERM labor certification, I-140 petitions and I-485 applications. Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years of Business Immigration experience required. Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Windows required. Experience using INSZoom or Lawlogix is a bonus.
