Job Overview: A national search is underway for a Corporate Associate Attorney with at least three years of relevant experience to join a highly regarded corporate practice. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of corporate transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, and managing transaction closings. Location:

Duties:

• Supervise and conduct due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and other related transaction documents.
• Manage and facilitate the closing of transactions.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on private equity, M&A, and capital markets deals.
• Work across a variety of industries, gaining exposure to diverse corporate matters.
• Take on significant responsibility in the management and execution of transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Strong experience in supervising due diligence, drafting acquisition agreements, and closing transactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills:

• Expertise in corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A, and capital markets.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
