Duties

• Conduct title research using the Massachusetts Registry of Deeds.
• Perform probate research and apply knowledge of Massachusetts probate and trust codes.
• Maintain direct contact with parties involved in active cases.
• Litigate cases in the Massachusetts Land Court.

Requirements

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar preferred.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in real estate and probate law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
