Marketing and Administration Coordinator
The candidate will draft and coordinate practice-based awards, nominations, and submissions. Draft and coordinate practice-based pitches, RFP responses, and presentations. Monitor, improve and update practice web copy. Partner with Events Specialist on practice-focused client educational efforts, including eAlerts and events. Lead gathering and upkeep of experience database to ensure information is current, consistent, and reliable. Coordinate Department meetings and assist with agenda and related follow-up items. Assist with Department internal communications and reporting. Track progress on attorney transition plans and provide status updates. Assist the Department Heads in meeting and tracking the goals and metrics in their annual business plan. Monitor and report department workflow availability. Own the updating of Department pages on the firm’s intranet. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Should have 2 years of comparable work experience in administration, practice development; legal experience, and client service experience, a plus.
