Job Overview:
A well-established, multi-specialty law firm based in Greensboro, North Carolina is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its team. Location:

Duties:
Manage a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
Draft, negotiate, and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documents
Provide counsel on real estate title law, title examinations, and due diligence matters
Advise clients on regulatory compliance, land use, and zoning issues
Represent clients during negotiations and deliver strategic legal guidance aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals across practice groups as necessary to support complex matters
Contribute to client relationship development and participate in firm-wide business initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law
In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including title and transactional matters
Strong commitment to client service and legal excellence
Ability to handle complex transactions with minimal supervision
A portable book of business is preferred but not required
Eligibility for expedited equity partner consideration based on experience and business potential
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (required)
Skills:
