Job Overview:
A well-established, multi-specialty law firm based in Greensboro, North Carolina is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a minimum of 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal counsel. Location:

• Greensboro, North Carolina

Duties:

• Manage a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing

• Draft, negotiate, and review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documents

• Provide counsel on real estate title law, title examinations, and due diligence matters

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, land use, and zoning issues

• Represent clients during negotiations and deliver strategic legal guidance aligned with business objectives

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals across practice groups as necessary to support complex matters

• Contribute to client relationship development and participate in firm-wide business initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law

• In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including title and transactional matters

• Strong commitment to client service and legal excellence

• Ability to handle complex transactions with minimal supervision

• A portable book of business is preferred but not required

• Eligibility for expedited equity partner consideration based on experience and business potential

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (required)
