Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic planning for business clients.

• Oversee and execute high-value corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Ensure clients comply with all relevant regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in business operations.
• Manage and resolve disputes through various legal proceedings.
• Advocate for clients' interests in all legal matters.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate law and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Proven expertise in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education
