The candidate will be working with the Litigation Software Administrator to ensure eDiscovery software is utilized to its fullest capabilities. Assist attorneys in the litigation discovery process and managing document productions. Supporting attorneys at trial and preparation of a variety of trial-related documents. Maintaining board meetings, maintaining board minutes, and other corporate governance tasks. Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Assist attorneys in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. Assist attorneys in the closing of transactions. Should preferably have a Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree. The ability to occasionally travel to the offices in Akron and Cleveland to provide in-person training and support. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Should have the willingness to learn new programs and program updates. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to follow client confidentiality guidelines. Ability to work in a team-oriented, service-focused environment
