Location:

• Houston, TX

Duties:

• Handle mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Assist with transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal agreements and supporting documentation.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide strategic legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactional matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex deals.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Bar of the jurisdiction in which the position is located.
