Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking a skilled Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 5+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in insurance coverage and litigation matters. New York Bar admission is mandatory for this position.

Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, trial, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Participate in case strategy development and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance coverage matters.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
