The successful candidate will collaborate with shareholders and associates on corporate business, general litigation, and municipal matters. Duties

• Provide analysis and counsel on legal policy.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks for clients.
• Develop and recommend client policies on legal issues.
• Conduct and coordinate research to support senior counsel and clients.
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings.
• Assist in preparing expert reports and mediation statements.
• Draft briefs, discovery, pleadings, and motions.
• File court documents and adhere to timelines.
• Prepare for trial, including depositions and discovery.
• Participate in practice group meetings and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of general litigation experience, federal system preferred.
• Prior clerkship or trial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
