• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and draft motions.
• Collaborate with the eDiscovery and Litigation Support team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and independent working skills.
• Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.
