Duties

• Manage or support insurance defense cases from intake through resolution.

• Contribute to trial preparation, strategy, and case evaluation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, high-quality representation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia.
• For Associate candidates: 2+ years of post-bar litigation experience.
• For Senior/Partner candidates: 10+ years of post-bar litigation experience.
• Insurance defense experience.
• Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Background in trucking/transportation law is a plus.
• First-chair trial experience is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia.
