Duties

• Assist in handling complex appellate matters at the state and federal levels

• Draft appellate briefs, motions, and memoranda

• Participate in appellate strategy development and case evaluation

• Support oral argument preparation

• Collaborate with experienced appellate attorneys nationally

• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues

• Contribute to a team culture that values respect, mentorship, and growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (appellate or general liability preferred)

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Excellent references and demonstrated job stability

• Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing

• Commitment to professional development and collaborative practice

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
