Duties

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.

• Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and corporate transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and sourcing.
• Experience with digital infrastructure and outsourcing transactions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor, and digital assets sectors.
• Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
