Duties:

• Represent clients in contested divorce proceedings and family law matters

• Appear in family court on behalf of clients

• Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations

• Maintain detailed case files and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing matrimonial and family law

• Prior courtroom experience in contested divorce cases

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (active and in good standing)

Skills:

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency required

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
