Duties

• Experience with SEC-registered investment advisers and private investment funds.
• Knowledge of federal securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
• Transactional experience with mergers and acquisitions involving investment advisers.
• Admitted to practice in New York, Illinois, or District of Columbia.

Education

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in applicable jurisdiction.
