Job Duties:

• Manage matters related to federal government contracts, including compliance counseling.
• Handle bid protests, claims litigation, and investigations under the False Claims Act.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and support litigation strategies.
• Collaborate effectively within a legal team on various cases and projects.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in federal government contract matters.
• Experience in federal government contract matters including compliance, bid protests, claims litigation, and investigations under the False Claims Act.
• Interest in litigation and the ability to collaborate within a legal team.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state.
• Admission to practice in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and licensed in Virginia or Maryland (preferred).
