Duties
Represent clients in complex IP litigation, particularly in matters involving patents and trade secrets.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on IP-related issues.
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials in federal court and before administrative bodies.
Collaborate with technical experts, in-house counsel, and cross-functional litigation teams.
Contribute to litigation strategy in high-profile, high-tech matters.
Manage caseloads and deadlines with autonomy while integrating into a team-driven culture.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patents and/or trade secrets.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively contribute to team success.
Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
Proven experience with legal research, drafting, and courtroom preparation.
Licensed to practice law in California (California Bar membership required).
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Strong academic performance preferred.
Certifications
Admission to the California State Bar is mandatory.
Skills
Advanced legal writing and persuasive communication.
In-depth knowledge of IP law, especially relating to technological subject matter.
Comfortable interpreting and presenting technical and scientific concepts in legal arguments.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
