Duties

• Advise on structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across various asset classes.
• Handle internal sponsor arrangements and co-investments.
• Manage fund operations and regulatory compliance matters.
• Provide counsel on complex or novel regulatory issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in private investment fund formation.
• Experience with fund operational matters and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
