Duties

• 2 to 6 years of litigation experience, with plaintiff experience preferred.
• Licensed to practice in New York; NJ and/or CT licenses are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and build arguments from the ground up.
• Must work on-site in Smithtown, NY.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
