Duties

• Participate in depositions and trial proceedings.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Deposition and/or trial experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
