Duties

• Manage high volume insurance defense and personal injury cases.
• Prepare extensively for trials and handle courtroom responsibilities.
• Conduct hearings and depositions with significant experience.
• Engage in motion practice and file management.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas bar license.
• Experience in high volume insurance defense/personal injury practice.
• Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Significant hearing and deposition experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Texas bar license.
