A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial transaction experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to understand the specifics of commercial transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to business deals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to protect clients' interests in commercial transactions.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct due diligence on potential transactions, identifying legal risks and implications.
• Participate in client meetings and facilitate communication between parties involved in transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in commercial transactions.
