Duties:

• Handle a variety of commercial transactions, including contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and other business agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts to protect the interests of the firm's clients.
• Provide legal advice on transactional matters, identifying legal risks and proposing solutions.
• Conduct due diligence in commercial transactions to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor legal strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
