Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Conduct strategic case investigations involving liability and damages.
• Draft and review legal documents and demand packages.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the legal process.
• Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams.
• Help maximize case value while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Active attorney in good standing.
• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of California PI laws and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
