The role involves representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions.

Duties

• Represent issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance transactions.
• Engage in term and warehouse transactions within the financial services sector.

Requirements

• Three to four years of transactional experience, ideally with structured finance and/or securitization transactions.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• Law Degree.

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
