Duties

Requirements

• Substantial experience in construction defect litigation defense.
• Second chair trial experience preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.
