A law firm seeks a mid-level pharmaceutical patent litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman litigation, to join their IP practice in Boston.

Duties

• Engage in pharmaceutical patent litigation and disputes counseling.
• Collaborate with a team on complex IP cases.
• Provide strategic advice to clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation.
• Experience with Hatch Waxman litigation preferred.
• Ability to qualify for registration with the United States Patent & Trademark Office preferred.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or equivalent relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
