The candidate will work closely with well-regarded business law partners and receive a great deal of responsibility, including client contact. Must have experience in contract review and drafting, business formation and governance, and business/commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Should preferably have law firm or other private sector experience. Excellent drafting skills, particularly with respect to contracts, are needed. Must be a member of the Maryland Bar. Virginia, D.C., and other Mid-Atlantic state Bar admissions would be a plus.
