• 10+ years of experience with banks, financial institutions, or companies in corporate transactions.
• Experience with financial institution M&A, securities offerings, and SEC reporting.
• Ability to advise boards, executive leadership, and management teams.
• Proven track record in managing complex transactions and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
