The candidate will be preparing regulatory filings and governance documents, such as bylaws and capitalization plans. Will assist in the interpretation of laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. LLM/CPA or other tax knowledge and experience are a plus. Any portable book of business is welcome.
