A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney for their Reno office.

Job Overview:

The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will be responsible for handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation matters. M&A experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and have excellent professional recommendations.

Duties:

• Manage debt and equity capital market deals
• Oversee public and private securities offerings
• Advise on joint ventures and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations
• Handle M&A transactions as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work
• Significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
• M&A experience is beneficial
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent professional recommendations

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
