• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing parties.
• Maintain consistent and compassionate client communication.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and uphold firm standards.

Requirements

• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in local bar association; active membership preferred.
• Over one year of experience representing clients in a law firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Education
