The candidate will draft and negotiate commercial leases, as well as asset and real property acquisition, disposition and financing agreements; Manage and track real estate and corporate transactions from inception to closing; Prepare governance documents and mid-market corporate transactional documents. Should have 3+ years of law firm or in-house corporate, real estate or general transactional experience; PA/NJ or DE bar membership; Strong academic credentials; Experience with or desire to learn Philadelphia zoning and land use regulations is a plus. Strong negotiating, practice and time management and writing skills required; Willingness to work with other Firm offices required.
