Should have 3+ years of law firm or in-house corporate, real estate or general transactional experience; PA/NJ or DE bar membership; Strong academic credentials; Experience with or desire to learn Philadelphia zoning and land use regulations is a plus. Strong negotiating, practice and time management and writing skills required; Willingness to work with other Firm offices required.
