Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance and Securitization team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Candidates with general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance experience and an interest in securitization are also encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Represent financial institutions in various asset-backed securitization transactions.
• Engage in structured lending transactions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, or purchasers.
• Focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance.
• Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Previous large law firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.

Skills
