Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Associate to join its Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of employment litigation experience and a comprehensive understanding of federal and California employment laws. This role offers the opportunity to work on class action, PAGA, and single-plaintiff matters.

Duties

• Handle employment litigation, including class action and PAGA matters.
• Manage single-plaintiff employment cases.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of employment litigation experience.
• Broad understanding of federal and California employment laws.
• Experience with class action and PAGA preferred.
• Membership or pending membership with the California State Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership or pending membership.
