Duties:

• Represent clients in various court proceedings across business, real property, personal injury, and estate litigation matters
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients
• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding business and transactional matters
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable resolutions in legal disputes
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and adhere to relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience
• Strong familiarity with legal documentation and case preparation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage client relationships effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client advocacy and collaboration

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan
