Duties

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessment to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain and grow a portable book of business.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• At least eight years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in practice areas such as Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, and Business & Commercial Litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successful client representation.
