Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Possess a portable book of business.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.

Skills

• Expertise in Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law, Business & Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Management and Professional Liability, and General Liability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
