Collections Paralegal

The candidate should have 1-3 years of collection experience, with a preference in Community Associations collections. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and debtors both orally and in writing. Professional and effective written communication skills with excellent grammar, punctuation, tone and spelling. Demonstrated proficiency in preparing correspondence and pleadings. Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to multitask and meet all deadlines. Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize multiple assignments. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, and a strong work ethic.
