Duties:

• Manage all phases of the plaintiff's personal injury litigation

• Conduct depositions and participate in motion practice

• Prepare cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including jury trials

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and settlement proposals

• Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses

• Negotiate settlements that align with client objectives

• Maintain client communication and manage expectations throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing

• Demonstrated experience in personal injury litigation

• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills

• Proficiency in legal research and drafting

• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines

• Commitment to client-centered representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Washington

Job Location:
