Managed Care and Employee Benefits Litigation Associate 
The candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience. Assume substantial responsibility, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, and participating in depositions and court appearances. Admission to the state and federal bars in which the attorney is resident is required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Experience litigating ERISA benefits and/or insurance coverage disputes is preferred.
