Associate Attorney needed for Irvine office

A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle day-to-day tasks related to injury, real estate, and employment law. The ideal candidate will have experience in injury law, labor and employment law skills, including litigation, and the ability to provide legal advice. Strong research and negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Attention to detail, experience working in a law firm or related legal field, a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and bar admission in California are required. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

Duties:

• Handle day-to-day tasks related to injury, real estate, and employment law matters.
• Utilize injury law experience to represent clients effectively.
• Apply labor and employment law skills to handle litigation matters.
• Provide legal advice to clients on various legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in California.
• Experience in injury law and labor and employment law skills, including litigation.
• Strong research and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
