Duties

• Assist with issuers of convertible, high-yield, or investment-grade bonds.
• Work with borrowers entering into corporate credit facilities, including acquisition financings and venture debt.
• Engage in a fast-paced, innovative practice environment.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in commercial finance and/or debt capital markets.
• Strong academic credentials and transactional experience.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.
