Duties

• Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage opinions.
• Prepare pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Conduct discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
• Participate in depositions and court conferences.
• Argue motions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant coverage experience.
• Strong litigation background required.
• Experience with bad faith claims preferred.
• Admitted and in good standing in the state of Florida; additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Florida.
