Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and trial preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in mediation, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings.
• Assist senior attorneys in developing case strategies and managing client relationships.
• Maintained organized case files and managed deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Tennessee Bar or eligibility for admission.
• Strong legal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee or the ability to obtain licensure.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
