Duties:

• Provide skilled legal representation in workers’ compensation matters

• Conduct in-depth legal research and develop strategic case plans

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Draft and file legal documents including motions, briefs, and settlements

• Communicate regularly with clients to offer legal advice and case updates

• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to prepare and strengthen case files

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law

• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively

• Strong professional ethics and client-focused mindset

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing

Skills:
