Location

• Tulsa, Oklahoma

Duties

• Handle a range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal agreements, and related court documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions

• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials

• Negotiate settlements that align with the best interests of clients

• Conduct legal research and stay informed on developments in family law

• Provide empathetic and effective legal guidance to English and Spanish speaking clients

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience practicing family law (preferred but not required)

• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and emotional client matters

• Willingness to work as part of a close-knit and supportive legal team

• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma

Skills

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is strongly preferred
